‘Boundaries’ Hahnemühle German Etching Print

All fine art prints, framed prints, canvas prints are shipped free of charge with standard delivery.

Cushions and journals are also shipped via standard delivery and rates vary depending on country they are being shipped to.

All orders are printed and made to order. Production time typically takes from 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and arrive between 1 and 2 weeks from despatch.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

After successfully placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

In the rare case that an artwork or item arrives in a damaged state, please take a photo of the damage (including packaging) and contact me within 48 hours at aimi@aimijene.com and I will endeavour to work towards a satisfactory solution. Once a refund is approved, your refund will be given via your original payment method.

I do not offer refunds or returns for changes of mind however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase I accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. To initiate a return please contact me at aimi@aimijene.com  for instructions on how and where to send your package.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in its original resale-able condition and in its original packaging. A receipt is required for proof of purchase and postage costs for returning the item/s is the buyers responsibility.  

No returns are provided on sales or discounted items.

NB: Please note that due to colours varying between PC, Mac and phone screens, the colours in your prints may very slightly to what is seen on the screen.
